  World's worst service. Bought some furniture, with cash, on a Saturday. Was told 7-10 days delivery. Time has past, and now they do not know where the furniture is coming from, warehouse out, and need to find another store with the furniture. Asked for money back, they now say 7-10 days refund from corporate. This business is a scam!

  Great customer service is hard to come by anymore it seems, so I have to say it has been refreshing to be treated so well. Keith and Will were fantastic in the process of getting my bed repaired, always professional and responding in timely responses. And Camille in the Denver office was amazing in follow up and service, and getting me to the right place here in Texas for a resolution. Thank you again for all of your help and taking care of me.
