    Early April my bed that I purchased last year broke while I was sleeping on it causing me to severely hit my head on the headboard. I called the store to ask about my warranty as I had bought the bed less than a year ago. The man working said that I needed to speak to "Megan" and would have her call me the next day after they double checked to make sure that the warranty covered the bed. After waiting a day a not receiving a phone call then I called the store again. Spoke with the same man and he stated that Megan would be calling me. I then waited another day and did not receive a phone call. I called the store back again and was told that they were sending out a repair man to fix the bed and that he would be calling me within the next few days. I waited a week and did not receive a phone call so I called the store again. They said that they would call the repairman and get him to call me. I wait another week. I call the store again and they say the same thing. Repairman calls the next day and schedules to come look at the bed on Friday. I make sure that I am off work to meet with him. I receive a phone call from him Thursday evening saying that he won't make it but will reschedule with me. I do not hear from him and finally call him on Tuesday. He says that he can come out Wednesday to look at it. He comes out and looks at the bed and says that he can not fix it and has to get permission from the store (I have now been sleeping on the floor for over a MONTH!!!!). He says that he spoke with Megan at Furniture Express and she said she would call him back the next day (Thursday). The repairman says that if he does not call me back on Thursday to call him. I do not hear from him and call him on Friday. He does not answer so I leave a voicemail. Finally on TUESDAY after hearing nothing back I call the repairman again. He says, "Oh, the store hasn't called you yet?" I say, "No....why?" He says that they did not approve him to fix the bed and that they were supposed to call me. So I call the store and speak with Megan who tells me that they are sending out parts instead of repairing the bed and it could take two weeks or so but she is not sure and cannot call me to tell me when I should be getting my bed fixed. I am now looking at over a month and a half of sleeping on the floor. This has gotten ridiculous. No one calls me back and the store acts like I have inconvenienced them. I just want my bed fixed. I am extremely disappointed in how this entire process has been handled. To think I was actually thinking right before this bed broke that I was going to shop there for my new dining set and entertainment center. At this point there is NO WAY I will EVER buy anything from there again. Sad thing is that the bed that I bought was their most expensive bed and they talked about how heavy duty it was. I am not a large person to be able to break this thing either!!
